• Nightly rate $161.70 (Taxes included)** ($140.+ $7. GST + $14.70 PST) 1-4 people,
• minimum stay 3 nights (off season)

• No pets (service / guide dog only permitted)

Terms

• To secure reservation a deposit of $250.00 is required by Visa or Master Card
• Deposit minus a $50 admin fee will be refunded upon cancellation if cottage is re-rented
• Balance due at time of check-in
• Check in time is 2:00 pm and check out time is 9:30 am
• Playpens, highchair, are available with advance notice
• No pets please, with the exception of service animals (guide dogs etc)
• Cottages are smoke and scent free
• No Tents, Trailers, or other forms of lodging unless pre-approved by owners

Located at civic #3515 Route 20 Sea View, square Greenish-blue house corner of Pickering Rd and Route 20. Look for sign attached to the mail box.
