High Season:

June 29, – Aug 31, 2013  

Weekly: Saturday – Saturday $1400.00 (1-6 people) extra person fee applies after 6 people per cottage / no animals

2 Weeks: Saturday – Saturday $2600.00 (1-6 people) extra person fee applies after 6 people per cottage / no animals

Monthly: $4800.00 (1-6 people) extra person fee applies after 6 people per cottage / no animals

Multiple cottages for same week: $1300.00 per cottage (1-6 people) extra person fee applies after 6 people per cottage / no animals

Off Season: 

June 1,- June 29, 2013

Aug 31, – Sept 7, 2013

Weekly: rentals Saturday – Saturday: $950.00 (1-6 people) extra person fee applies after 6 people per cottage /no animals

3 night minimum:  (June and September only) $150.00 per night (1-6 people) extra person fee applies after 6 people per cottage /no animals

Taxes not included in prices

April 2013 HST (14%) applies to base price

$20.00 extra person charge applies after 6 people per cottage  per night or $100.00 per week       

• To secure reservation a deposit of $250.00 is required by Visa or Master Card
• Deposit minus a $50 admin fee will be refunded upon cancellation if cottage is re-rented
• Balance due at arrival
• Check in time is 2:00 pm and check out time is 9:30 am
• Playpens, highchair, are available with advance notice
• No pets please, with the exception of service animals (working guide dog)
• Cottages are smoke and scent free
• No Tents, Trailers, or other forms of lodging

Located at civic #3515 Route 20 Sea View, square Greenish-blue house corner of Pickering Rd and Route 20. Look for sign attached to the mail box.
