Regular Season: June 30 – Aug 31 2018

Weekly: Renting Saturday – Saturday only $1725.00  including all taxes (1-6 people for 3 beds not including the sofa bed) extra person fee applies after 6 people or for use of sofa bed per cottage / no animals

Monthly $5175.00  including all taxes  (1-6 people for 3 beds not including the sofa bed) extra person fee applies after 6 people or for use of sofa bed per cottage / no animals

No Nighty rate during July and Aug

 Off Season: 2018

Spring: June 2 – June 29 2018 / Fall: September 1-15 2018 (2 night minimum) 

Nightly Rate $200.10 including all taxes 2 night minimum (1-6 people for 3 beds not including the sofa bed)

Weekly $1150.00 (Saturday to Saturday) including all taxes (prices for 1-6 people for 3 beds not including the sofa bed)

HST – Harmonized Sales Tax is our Provincial Tax (15 % as of Oct 1 2016) is included in our prices

Extra person fee or use of sofa bed

per night $20.00 extra person charge applies after 6 people per cottage or $100.00 per week for the use of the sofa bed

Policies     

  • No pets please,by renters or their guests, with the exception of working guide dog
  • To secure reservation a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 per cottage per week is required by Visa , Master Card or e-transfer
  • All or any damages caused while renting are the responsibility of the renter, and will be charged to your credit card
  • Balance due at check-in
  • Check in time is between 2:00 pm and 5 :00 pm if later please call our toll free number to advise arrival time
  • Check out time is 9:30 am
  • Playpens, highchair, are available with advance notice upon availability
  • Cottages are smoke and scent free
  • No Tents, Trailers, or other forms of lodging unless per-approved with owners
  • We the owners of A View to Sea Cottages reserve the right to evict renters or their guest without refund if there is any disruption to the cottages or other renters as well as the animal policy not being followed

The cottages are for the enjoyment of our guests while on vacation, we provide high standards to maintain our 4 star government licensed  property.

Located at civic #3515 Route 20 Sea View, square greenish-blue house corner of Pickering Rd and Route 20. Look for sign attached to the mail box.

If using a GPS type in 3515 lot 20 Sea View PE for our home office.

GPS systems are unreliable on Prince Edward Island please refer to map just on case.
